Registrations open next 29 April 2013.

Registration fees

JOINT package: € 135
ONLY participation in the Joint Workshop (on 19 September 2013, including lunch).

*PLUS: this package includes the meeting registration fee and the SIF membership fee for 2013 (€70 for regular and €35 for junior).
**FULL: this package includes the meeting registration fee, the SIF membership fee for 2013 (€70 for regular and €35 for junior), and (only for Full Professors) the fee for "Collegio dei Docenti" (€20)

The registration fee (except for the Joint package) includes:

• Entry to all scientific sessions (including pre-meeting symposium and the Joint Workshop) and poster viewing
• Congress kit
• Welcome cocktail
• Coffee breaks and lunches on Thursday and Friday
• Social dinner

Accompanying persons will be able to buy tickets for lunches (25 EUR each) and for the social dinner (75 EUR) directly onsite upon arrival.

Excursions to Urbino, Loreto, Recanati, and Grotte di Frassati will be organised on the 19th or 20th September, if a minimum number of participants is reached. Interested participants should contact the secretariat at SIF.2013@azuleon.org within 31 August.

Payment

Upon registration, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you; this message contains, amongst other information, a reference code. Please do not process your payment without this reference number—thank you for your cooperation. Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer. Further details about the payment procedure is available through your personal mySIF2013 page.

The organisers have secured preferential rates for SIF 2013 participants at the following hotels. For reservations, please contact the hotel directly providing the reference code that you will receive upon online registration.

N.B. Ph.D. students and postdocs ("non strutturati") less than 35 years old can be accommodated at the "Studentato" at a preferential fee. Additional information will be available through their personal mySIF2013 page.

Shuttle service

The SIF 2013 Organisation provides a shuttle service between the above hotels and the venue. Two lines will be available: line 1 for hotels in Ancona and line 2 for Hotel Monte Conero and Hotel Tre Querce.

For line 1, four pick-up/drop-off locations are possible: 1. Monumento ai Caduti (near Hotel Passetto); 2. Piazza Cavour; 3. Via XXIX settembre (opposite the Traiano statue, next to Banca d'Italia); 4. Train station (opposite the small Church next to the station).

For line 2, information will be available at the Congress venue.

The social dinner will be held on the terrace of the Fortino Napoleonico, on Friday, 20 September, at 21:00. A slide breeze may be expected and participants, particularly ladies, are encouraged to have a proper outfit available.
